Around the same time that the New Nintendo 3DS launched in Japan, an update hit the 3DS to bring support to themes. The themes change the HOME menu's backgrounds, icons, colors and music.
It adds an entire level of personalization to the 3DS that wasn't previously available.
Yacht Club Games, the developer of Shovel Knight, is officially joining in on the 3DS theme fun with a Shovel Knight theme. Fans of the game in Europe and Australia will be seeing the theme (it will be available for a very limited time in Europe). Whether or not the theme will be hitting the United States or other regions hasn't been confirmed, but Yacht Club did mention for the rest of us to 'stay tuned.'
