Treyarch's Design Director, David Vonderhaar, took to the PlayStation blog to reveal a number of new fixes coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 thanks to feedback from the recent beta tests, as well as the promised dynamic PlayStation 4 theme.
The Morg City Zombies theme features rainfall, lightning and more and is free for all PS4 users – so long you took part in the beta. Some of the changes coming include Rejack now counting as a kill for the player and the Black Hat equipment getting a damage nerf as it was way too powerful in the beta. Additional fixes will have the tactical mask unlocking at an earlier level, an increased score for escorting the robot in Safeguard, and a more detailed kill cam.
In order to redeem your theme, just follow these simple instructions:
- Navigate to the PlayStation Store from your PS4 system Home Screen
- Press Triangle and select Search, then type in “Black Ops III”
- Select “Call of Duty: Black Ops III”
- Scroll down to “Themes” > “Morg City Zombies Theme” and download the theme
- After the download is complete, navigate to the PS4 Home Screen > “Settings” > “Themes” to select the theme
Black Ops 3 launches November 6th on both Xbox and PlayStation platforms, with the campaign mode limited to PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
