Suicide Squad 2 greenlit, David Ayer & Will Smith set to return

The sequel shoots in 2017

The upcoming anti-hero movie, Suicide Squad has yet to even release, but news  about its sequel surfaces.

Variety reported yesterday that director David Ayer and Will Smith were in talks of their next project, which will have them joining Max Landis on the film "Bright". As the post goes on to dive deeper into their next potential film, it goes on to clearly state that 'Bright' won't start production in 2017 as both Ayer and Smith are ready for a "Suicide Squad" sequel shoot by 2017.

If Will Smith is returning for a sequel, you would have to assume Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) and possibly Jared Leto who plays the Joker will also be returning.
