1. Macho Claws
OOOOOH YEEEEAAAHHH! It's obvious why this mod made it to the number one spot.
Much like the feared Randy Savage dragon mod from Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Savage has made his way in Fallout 4 and its slightly terrifying. By slightly I mean, I would run the hell away from a Randy Savage Death Claw – it's horrifying.
Available on both PC and Xbox One.
2. Mysterious Cena
Perhaps one of the most important mods you can download for Fallout 4 is mysterious John Cena. The 'Mysterious Stranger' perk from Fallout makes a Mysterious Stranger appear to help you during combat, but with this mod – it's John Cena!
Surprise!
Instead of the normal sounds and aesthetics, you get John Cena. Congratulations.
Download it here.
3. Daswolfen's Haus of Klaus
No game is complete without paintings of cats hung up on across the walls. This mod will bring 32 works of art for you to decorate your settlement with. Everyone that joins your settlement can bask in the glory that is paws-itively fantastic.
The only purr-son that dislikes it can sleep in the bathtub. Seriously, don't give them a bed. They don't need it, cause they aren't welcome.
Download it here (available on PC, Xbox One and PS4).
4. Immersive and Essential Todd Howard Voicelines Mod
While this mod only contains three lines from Fallout and Skyrim director Todd Howard, it offers the definitive Fallout experience. Howard's voice will gently make its way to your ears when you level up, do a critical execution, and when you pull out your legendary item.
Without Howard, there's nothing. Put him in your game now.
5. Irritable Bowel Syndrome
No game is comeplete without a fart joke and that includes Fallout 4.
This mod will make your character into the windblowing, cheese cutting tooter that you were always meant to be. Your air biscuits will cause all nearby NPCs to scream and flee, some might even try to attack you over your anal acoustics.
After installing this mod, your character will "violently break wind" every 3-5 minutes. Don't use this mod when scripted screens and cinematics will be playing.

The Fallout 4 Creation Kit has slowly been expanding its reach across platforms after being available for on PC via beta for a while. The Xbox One has recently picked up the feature and it will be hitting the PS4 soon enough.
This Creation Kit will give Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners a chance to get in on something that has been only available to PC players for the longest time: mods. While some consoles have been modded, this is a Bethesda sanctioned, Sony and Microsoft approved modification process that doesn't involve changing up too many files.
Players just have to search through the Fallout 4 mods on the Workshop, add mods to their library and activate them in there game.
With so many mods being available, it's hard to know which mods to download. There are plenty that offer new radio songs, better graphics, new hair styles, special settlements, or even new companions, but there are a lot of mods to sift through.
I did that for you. Over the following pages you'll find must have mods for Fallout 4 on the Xbox One and PC. Oh and yes, John Cena is in here somewhere.
