Bethesda took to E3 2017 with a couple Skyrim announcements and the reveal of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus! As it turns out, Wolfenstein II will be the second installment in what is planned to be a trilogy. Today, Bethesda and MachineGames have released a new trailer for Wolfenstein II – which you can see above.
Here's the official description of the game, as per Bethesda:
"Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus sends you to Nazi-controlled America where you’ll embark on an exhilarating adventure to free the world from the evil empire’s stranglehold.
"You are BJ Blazkowicz, aka “Terror-Billy,” member of the Resistance, scourge of the Nazi empire, and humanity’s last hope for liberty. Fight back against the Nazis in iconic locations such as small-town Roswell, New Mexico, the flooded streets of New Orleans, and a post-nuclear Manhattan. Equip an arsenal of badass guns, and unleash new abilities to blast your way through legions of advanced Nazi soldiers, cyborgs, and über soldiers in this definitive first-person shooter. In addition to this new trailer, there are details on the upcoming Collector's Edition of the game, that includes a 1/6 scale 12-inch action figure of the game's Nazi-killin' hero BJ Blazkowicz, a limited edition steelbook, poster, and action figure accessories.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus releases on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on October 27th, 2017, just a few weeks after The Evil Within 2. If you can't hold yourself over until the game releases, you can check out the comics that will be releasing in September!
