Far Cry 3 features co-op campaign

Ubisoft detailed Far Cry 3's four-player co-op campaign at Sony's E3 press conference.

Co-op appears to be heavily action-packed. According to Ubisoft, single-player and multiplayer are “two different games," so the co-op mode could follow a separate story.

Players can make their own levels using the game's map editor. Those who own a PlayStation 3 will get access to exclusive DLC when the title releases on September 4.

Far Cry 3 is coming for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
