Sony has detailed the preorder bonuses for Tearaway, the papercraft game due this fall for PlayStation Vita, and one of them is an exclusive skin for a pig mount. Words cannot describe how excited this makes me.
Players will also receive a printable papercraft design to match so they can bring the animal into the real world. Because who wouldn't want an adorable pig sitting on his desk?
Other bonuses are the Tearaway soundtrack with an extra song; Iota and Atoi costumes for developer Media Molecule's other series, LittleBigPlanet; character avatars for the PlayStation Network; and a wallpaper for the handheld.
Community manager James Spafford also showed off screens for the first area in the game, Valleyfold.
"It’s a green and pleasant land that draws its inspiration from the English countryside, and the great wealth of folklore that surrounds it," wrote Spafford. "You’ll wander through great standing stones and travel to a humongous apple orchard to take place in the wassailing ritual that will help bring in the apple harvest."
I definitely can't wait to explore Tearaway's world.
