I can finally stop crossing out days on my calendar! The day has come! Tomodachi Life is finally out, and I can unleash my swarm of Miis onto my cozy, little island, and watch as crazy events unfold.
I've been following this game like a hawk ever since we first learned about it. Whether it was watching a few Japanese streams of the game since it's been out there for over a year now, or some European game sites who got their copy much earlier than we did, I couldn't stop thinking about how genius it was of Nintendo to bring over this quirky little title.
Sure, it's not all sunshine and rainbows for Tomodachi Life. Since it doesn't feature any gay relationships, many have spoken up against Nintendo for not allowing such a thing, and not being progressive enough to include it in the game. I get it, and I certainly agree, but at the same time, I hope Tomodachi Life is a success here, so we can hopefully see a follow up at some point, one that fixes these social issues.
Nevertheless, for the next few days, I'll be tucked away on my island, spying on the lives of Rapunzel, Jack Black, Ron Swanson, Elsa, Krillin, and many more, and watching the hilarity ensue.
Want to know what the game's actually about? You and everyone else buddy. Check out the official site and see if you can make sense of it. *Spoiler* You can't.
