With all of the news and excitement from yesterday, I must have missed Microsoft announcing this week's Deals with Gold for Xbox One. Don't worry, the discounts are valid all the way through July 28, so you didn't miss anything.
This week, Xbox LIVE Gold members can save on Killer Instinct and Powerstar Golf on Xbox One. Now both games have free-to-play options available, but they are watered down versions of the full game. For instance, the free Killer Instinct version only grants access to one character at a time. Players can opt to buy additional characters individually or purchase one of the retail packs, which brings me to the first of this week's deals.
Normally $39.99, you can save 25 percent when purchasing Killer Instinct Ultra Edition. This bundle includes the game's first eight characters, character accessory packs, character costumes, and the original Killer Instinct arcade game.
The other deal allows you to save 25 percent when unlocking the full version of Powerstar Golf.
