Respawn looking to ‘move on’ from Titanfall

Since releasing Titanfall, developers at Respawn have kept busy. They have released five updates for their first person shooter and are working on another, but this trend may not go on forever.

In an interview with The Official Xbox Magazine, Respawn's Community Manager Abbie Heppe admitted to the dev's want to move forward with other projects, — stating "we are going to have to wind down so that we can move on and do other things." That doesn't mean that they will stop supporting Titanfall altogether. Heppe went on to say , "if there's anything that totally breaks then yeah, we'll absolutely fix that."

So, while the extra content like maps, Titan Burn Cards, the Insignias for Titans, and the Black Market might taper off – the hotfixes won't.

Respawn and Electronic Arts (EA) have both openly mentioned that there was another Titanfall 'experience' in production, although it's unclear to us on what the experience will come to us as.

What do you think of Respawn's moving forward and away from Titanfall? Let me know!
