3DS and Wii U games to be the focus of Valentine’s Day Nintendo Direct

Nintendo has a special Valentine's Day present for all of its fans —  a new installment of Nintendo Direct. Tomorrow's presentation will focus on upcoming Nintendo 3DS and Wii U games. I ask you, what better gift can a Nintendo fan ask for then a look at some of the year's highly anticipated games?

It's unclear exactly which games will be shown off, but we're hoping the company delves further into the library of upcoming games mentioned in the prior Nintendo Direct. Last month, in a Wii U-focused Direct, Nintendo revealed their lineup of future Wii U games including a brand new Zelda, a remake of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, a new Super Smash Bros. which will be debuted at E3, two new Mario games, and an intriguing game from Monolith Soft codenamed "X".

This time Nintendo will have to leave room for its popular 3DS handheld system. Last month Nintendo also revealed Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, two brand new Pokémon games that will launch exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. Other than that, I imagine we'll get a better look at some of the already-announced 3DS titles.

Tomorrow is certainly shaping up to be an exciting day for Nintendo fans. The Nintendo Direct presentation will begin at 6am PT/9am ET. As always, tune in to GameZone for live updates and analysis on the latest announcements.
