A Fallout 4 player has made the trash can into the ultimate weapon

Fallout 4 is certainly a playground for creativity. So much so to the point that players figure out ways to play the game that the developers never intended (something they always love to see). This latest one comes from Reddit, where a user named Quinchilion has figured out how to make a Trash can into a demolition machine. Just check out the video below.

Quinchilion explains:

"It did take a few tries though. I was first trying to throw the grenade at the ground near the mines and then cover it all up with the bin, but the grenade wasn't very cooperative and kept going all over the place. Then I realized it would be much easier to do it like this instead.
You can actually use this trick in combat. Throw a nade in the bin and rotate it away from you and towards a charging ghoul. Poor guy's explosive shotgun."
So why does this work? Physical objects in the environment are immune to splash damage, so the sides of the indestructible receptacle actually force the explosion from the grenade out of the open side of the can, creating the shotgun-like effects that Quinchilion has discovered.
Now if only trash cans worked like this in real life.
