Artificial Mind & Movement (A2M) today announced that they have changed their name to one the company used when it was a small upstart developer of PS1 games in the 90’s: Behaviour.
With the name change comes a renewed focus for the Canadian studio on developing original IPs on multiple platforms alongside its work-for-fire business with major publishers. Behaviour Senior Vice President of Business Development Jamie Leece says that a sequel for the Eliza Dushku-starring action title Wet is in the works, and so is a sequel for Naughty Bear.
And the company isn’t stopping there. Leece says that the company is working on several unannounced games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo’s Wii and DS, Xbox LIVE Arcade, PlayStation Network and next generation handhelds. They are also working on a Facebook game that will launch in November, and on a casual MMO that will launch early next year.
