Adam Sandler makes the same movie again and again… this time it’s Blended

Looks like Adam Sandler is continuing the successful trend of making movies that aren't funny. His latest effort, Blended, reunites him with Drew Barrymore in a comedy where they go on a date, don't like each other, and end up in Africa together with their kids on a vacation that will ultimately result in them ending up together.

Since it's Adam Sandler, it'll come in #1 at the box office.

Blended's synopsis is:

After a disastrous blind date, single parents Lauren (Barrymore) and Jim (Sandler) agree on only one thing: they never want to see each other again. But when they each sign up separately for a fabulous family vacation with their kids, they are all stuck sharing a suite at a luxurious African safari resort for a week.

In addition to Sandler and Barrymore, Blended also stars Joel McHale, Kevin Nealon, Bella Thorne, and Terry Crews. Actually, I bet Terry Crews is the only thing funny about this movie.

Blended will release in theaters on May 23, 2014.
