MTV Games has closed its doors following the sale of Harmonix to investment firm Columbus Nova. The Harmonix sale came in response to disappointing sales of Rock Band 3, but while Harmonix wil continue to do what they do best, MTV Games will cease to be.
The MTV Games offices are currently housing a skeleton crew of financial staff taking care of the remaining paperwork, but otherwise both the New York offices and international offices are kaput.
