Amazon Prime now benefits Twitch users thanks to Twitch Prime

Amazon Prime is one of the most popular subscription services on the internet. It allows Amazon users to get faster shipping on items, exclusive sales, additional serices like Amazon Video, and now it's getting even more stuff on top of it!

Yesterday at TwitchCon, Twitch announced that the $99 a year service will be adding features for Twitch users like one free subscription to any streamer each month (which grants things like chat emojis and other things the streamer can designate, Twitch subs are typically $5 a month), discounts on physical games on Amazon, exclusive loot and offers, no ads on Twitch, and exclusive chat emotes and badges.

If you don't have Amazon Prime, now is the perfect time to sign up! You can even get a 30 day free trial to see if you like the service. With things like Prime Day every year which gives crazy good deals for all thousands of items on Amazon and now this, there's no reason not to sign up (unless of course, you are tight on cash which is understandable).

Twitch also clarified that streamers will still be paid if people opt to use their free channel subscription on that streamer's channel.

Twitch Prime will come at no additional cost for Amazon Prime users and Amazon Prime will still cost $11 a month/$99 a year.
