There's just five days left for Krillbite Studio to raise the $20,000 needed to fund Among the Sleep, a horror game in which you play from the viewpoint of a two-year old child. So in an effort to reach their $200,000 goal, the studio will be releasing a free playable demo of the game in alpha form. I actually don't know for certain if that's the reason for the public alpha, but being so close to their goal with so little time left, this could be the push they need.
The Among the Sleep playable build will be available through the project's Kickstarter page tomorrow, May 14, at 2pm ET. Best of all, it will be completely free, so anyone can download it.
If successfully funded, Among the Sleep will be available for Windows PC, Mac, and Linux later this year. Check out the gameplay teaser from a few months ago and be sure to check out the playable build tomorrow. Who knows, you may like it and decide to back the project.
