In April's iOS 8.3 update Apple brought about a number of fixes, along with some new emoji. The emoji focused on bringing more diversity to Apple devices with adding new ethnicities, same-sex relationships, country flags and new gadgets.
When iOS 9.1 releases it will be bringing 37 new emoji and 5 emoji modifiers. The new emoji's will be available across a number of categories, but there are a couple of highlights: a middle finger, a taco, and a burrito.
Bonus? The middle finger emoji is ethnically diverse.
While the other emoji's might be just as good, we know the truth. It's all about offending your friends and then asking them out for tacos (or burritos). For those of you that need details, here are all the emoji (in a giant paragraph of death): hugging face, thinking face, face with rolling eyes, zipper-mouth face, nerd face, upside-down face, face with thermometer, face with head-bandage, money-mouth face, sign of the horns, prayer beads, robot face, lion face, unicorn face, turkey, crab, scorpion, cheese wedge, hot dog, taco, burrito, popcorn, bottle with popping cork, amphora, place of worship, kaaba, mosque, synagogue, Menorah, cricket bat and ball, volleyball, field hockey stick and ball, ice hockey stick and puck, table tennis paddle with a ball, badminton racquet with a shuttlecock, and a bow and arrow.
