ARK: Survival Evolved introduces two new biomes and more ways to kill you

ARK: Survival Evolved is a game constantly in flux. It's nice to see an Early Access game get the constant attention it deserves, letting players know that their support for an unreleased game doesn't go unrewarded.

Today's news comes in the form of two completely different biomes that will inhabit the world of ARK; The swamps and a snow region. While they're both completely polar opposites of one another, they do share one thing in common: They're made to chew you up and swallow you whole.

That's right, in stark contrast to the colorful swamp and gorgeous snow effects, you'll be fending for your life from various gators, bugs and piranhas as well as poisonous plants, to ferocious sub zero temperatures that you'll need to insulate yourself from as well as vicious dire wolves that want nothing more than to chew the meat off of your bones. As is standard in ARK, you will be able to tame these vicious animals, which you can then ride and use for hunting other beasts.

ARK: Survival Evolved is currently Available on Steam Early Access for $29.99 and coming to consoles in 2016.
