Ubisoft has gone above and beyond in tailoring their 'next-gen' Assassin's Creed to the communities requests.
Assassin's Creed Unity will allow for you to create a truly unique experience for yourself. There are thousands of combinations of items and weapons for you to try out, each with it's own advantage and drawback. Heavier armor will allow you to take more blows, but it will keep you from being stealthy — agile weapons will up your defense with quick parries, but they won't be bringing the damage.
Unity will be bringing deep progression to the Assassin's Creed franchise. Each skill or asset will influence gameplay and bring a sense of customized gameplay that no Assassin's Creed has felt prior to this. You'll be able to unlock skills and assets under the three main components of any assassin: Navigation, Stealth and Combat.
While there are no pre-ordained classes or roles in Unity, there are specialties you can start off with:
Stealth: Move as a shadow
Melee: Combat focused — speaks for itself
Ranged: Parkour; Death from above
Health: Tank — take more hits!
Co-op 2-4 player
Deep customization allows each player to contribute a unique asset or skill to the party:
Communal Sense: Shares Eagle Vision with party
Disguise: Disguises yourself and party as French Citizens
Group Healing: Shares heal powers with the party
Assassin's Cache: Party stocks and shares bombs
Each co-op mission will tie into specific events in the French Revolution and eventually will lead into the Brotherhood.
Assassin's Creed Unity will be hitting the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 13th.
