While Marvel teases us with Avengers: Age of Ultron "final" trailer and teasers, they've been cooking up a reveal for Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 and Part 2. That's right, in case you didn't know, the next installment in the series will be split into two films (you know what that feeling is? That's the Hobbit and Harry Potter money milking feel).
It has been revealed by Marvel that Joe and Anthony Russo will be the directors of Infinity War Part 1 and 2. The Russo brother's are the directors behind Captain America: The Winter Soldier and are currently preparing to film Captain America: Civil War.
Not much has been revealed about the Infinity Wars films, but we do know they are set to be released on May 2, 2018 (Part 1) and May 3, 2019 (Part 2). The films are said to revolve around the Infinity Gauntlet and will have Thanos playing a major role. The Infinity Gauntlet grants the bearer infinite powers when they it is used in the universe it was created in. Thanos is a pretty bad guy (he's been in both the Avengers films and Guardians of the Galaxy film and comics), so you can only guess what will happen if he gets his meaty hands on that.
