Limited by just 500GB of space, the ever-increasing size of current-gen games is always in the back of the minds of PS4 and Xbox One owners. Managing your library of installed games has almost become a minigame in and of itself. It'd be fun if it wasn't so annoying to have to worry about.
With the highly anticipated Batman: Arkham Knight on its way in just a few months, it might be worth looking into the game's install size. While we don't have the Xbox One size, the game's page on the PlayStation Store confirms that Batman: Arkham Knight's install size on PS4 is a whopping 48.7GB — about a tenth of total hard drive space you're allotted.
Comparatively, Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto V is 41.8GB, while Electronic Arts' Battlefield Hardline is 42.7GB. Point being, if you are a fan of blockbuster titles, you better plan on getting some additional hard drive space. After a brief delay, Batman: Arkham Knight is set to release on June 23, 2015 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. For those of you who don't already own a PS4, it might be worth checking out the newly revealed Limited Edition Batman: Arkham Knight PS4 bundle.
