The hype for Battlefield 1 is real and EA knows it. The game is so beloved by fans that the reveal trailer is one of the most liked videos on YouTube and it looks like EA is going to ride that hype into the sunset. A new Collector's Edition for the game has popped up on Amazon, offering $130 worth of goods (or $104 if you are an Amazon Prime member).
The Collector's Edition includes:
- Collector's Edition Statue (14" Tall)
- Exclusive Steel book
- Exclusive cloth poster
- Deck of playing cards
- Messenger pigeon tube with exclusive DLC content
- Exclusive patch
- Premium packaging
That's quite a bit of content for one package, but it's missing something vital – a game. This is the type of product that someone offers when they know the hype has reached critical levels and they want to exploit it as much as possible.
Luckily, you can purchase a Collector's Edition with all this stuff and the game for $190 on Amazon, with Prime members getting a nice discount that brings the total to $152. If you're looking to get wild, there's a $219 Deluxe Collector's Edition that includes some special weapons and vehicles, as well as five battlepacks.
The Collector's Edition can only be found on Amazon, that is until someone buys it and flips it on eBay.
