Battlefield 4 talks more about Frostbite 3 and its effects on Levolution

Battlefield 4 is looking damn good. Largely thanks to EA's Frostbite 3 engine, players will be able to shape the battlefield to their advantage.

EA promises that no two battles will ever be alike. There will be two types of Levolution types. There are the big Levolution types, which consist of crumbling buildings, taking out bridges, and essentially destroying structures on a grand level. Then there are the smaller instances, like shooting a fire extinguisher to blind the enemy, or shooting out the lights in a building and then using your night vision goggles to take out your enemies.

A surprise announcement was also made today regarding the Battlefield 4 beta which is scheduled to start in early October, and will be available on PC using Origin, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
