At E3, Electronic Arts gave us a heavy dose of Battlefield Hardline's multiplayer. But even though online multiplayer is the meat and potatoes of the Battlefield franchise, developer Visceral Games is poised to offer a "unique take" on first-person shooter storytelling. And San Diego Comic-Con will be the place to learn more.
On Friday, July 25, EA will be hosting a panel titled "Battlefield Hardline: A Visceral World of Crime and Revenge." The panel will feature Battlefield Hardline Executive Producer Steve Papoutsis and Creative Director Ian Milham "as they discuss how they are moving the Battlefield series in a bold new direction. Joining Papoutsis and Milham will be several cast and crew from critically-acclaimed TV shows and films, including Bill Johnson (Justified), Kelly Hu (Arrow), Eugene Byrd (Bones) and Benito Martinez (Sons of Anarchy). Together, the panel will explore the "episodic nature" of hte single player game while showing off new footage of the campaign which will showcase Hardline's story about the war on crime in the gritty streets of L.A. and Miami.
The Battlefield Hardline panel will be held on Friday, July 25, from 2:30pm to 3:30pm in room 5AB.
