Ben Affleck casts doubt on being Batman in future DC films

As Ben Affleck begins to cast doubt on whether he will continue playing Batman in the upcoming Warner Bros. DC Comics film, the future Batfleck appears to be unsure.

In an interview with ExtraTV, the Affleck was asked if he will be fulfilling his five-film contract with Warner Bros. and his reply wasn't very positive: "I don't know about that. We'll see what the future holds."

Batfleck has always been dubious. It was rumored that Warner Bros. was looking for a replacement and even Affleck's own brother, Casey, said he was exiting the role – then backtracked. Of course, both Casey and Ben Affleck's representatives addressed those comments, saying that Batfleck wasn't out yet.

Now, there's a chance that Warner Bros. won't even make it to five films starring Batman. The films haven't seen too much success at the box office in comparison to their cost.
