EA Sports has finally confirmed the return of 16 Brazilian football teams as licensing agreements were reached for the clubs, however they will feature in the "Rest of the World" menu.
Many gamers – mostly Ultimate Team players albeit – were pretty shocked that their beloved Brazilian League had been dropped for last year's title, as licensing agreements proved difficult to obtain. However, that shall not be the case this time around.
We understand that the following 16 teams will be involved in FIFA 16 game, in "most" playable game modes:

When pressed on the news, one developer said the following: "We have worked to create the best possible experience for FIFA fans in Brazil and around the world to include Brazilian teams. We know FIFA fans love playing with Brazilian players and teams across the game, so adding 16 clubs is positive news for all fans."
On a side note, we also understand that EA Sports might well be releasing a confirmed list of leagues involved in FIFA 16 in the coming days.
