Burnout Paradise runs at a locked 60 FPS on Xbox One

One of the most highly requested backward compatible games for Xbox One is finally upon us. Burnout Paradise is one of the most beloved games on the Xbox 360 and fans can finally relive the memories of racing at high speeds through the city and causing tons of chaos with their cars. But, was the wait really worth it?

It would appear so, a comparison video shows that the game runs at a smooth, locked 60 FPS outside of cutscenes and a locked 30 in Showtime mode. This is crucial for racing games as you're driving through at high speeds and need a reliable frame rate for gameplay and also to ensure the game just runs well. You can view the comparison video below. Players can snag Burnout Paradise for free next month on Xbox One via Games with Gold.
