When Activision first revealed that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was getting remastered and bundled with Infinite Warfare, it was revealed to contain the full singleplayer campaign, as well as 10 multiplayer maps. Well, it doesn't look like Activision will be keeping the remaining six maps from us.
When Modern Warfare Remastered makes its release alongside Infinite Warfare, it will release with all 16 of the original maps.
When Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare first released in 2007, it released with 10 multiplayer maps and by the time the following game released it had 21. It's unclear whether the six additional maps will feature the four maps from the 'Variety Map Pack' that released in 2008, as well as the PC-only 'Winter Crash' map.
It is also unclear whether or not we will have to pay for these maps.
