We know it's coming; scratch that, everyone knows it's coming. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is getting a standalone release, but Activision seems to be going for the sneak announcement route as they have still not given up a date yet even after E3 2017. A shelf listing at Target that has been posted on Twitter has revealed its possible price point. If the image is to be believed, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered standalone will apparently cost $39.99 at launch.
Here is the tweet:
Multiple retailers including Gamefly, Amazon Japan, and a few German retailers have posted dates for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, with the common date being tomorrow, June 20th. Though at this point, it's highly (HIGHLY) unlikely that comes to fruition. But then again, stranger things have happened, so you never know.
For now, all we can do is wait. But don't worry, it's coming.
