Capcom announces an expansion for Dragon’s Dogma

Without releasing too much information Capcom has announced the first 'major expansion for Dragon's Dogma.

The expansion, titled Dark Arisen, will be made available sometime next year for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

To hold Dragon's Dogma players over Capcom is releasing two free updates before the end of the year. One expansion is "Speedrun" mode, that grants players in-game rewards for completing timed objectives.

The other expansion is "Hard mode" an expansion that will make enemies harder but give the player some well deserved equipment.

Check out the teaser trailer for Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen below.
