CastleStorm arriving on PS3 and PS Vita on November 5

Bobby Loertscher, community manager for Zen Studios, took to PlayStation Blog today to announce that CastleStorm (currently only available on Steam and Xbox Live) is coming to PlayStation 3 and PS Vita on November 5.

CastleStorm is a medieval, 2D, physics-based destruction game where players will battle in real-time, using artillery, infantry and powerful spells to destroy castles. It features a single-player campaign, multiplayer, co-op, and a custom castle editor.

Loertscher wrote, "The idea for CastleStorm came from fond childhood memories of building LEGO castles and then (of course) destroying them."

CastleStorm will arrive on November 5 for $9.99 on the PS3 and PS Vita. With cross-buy support, you simply pick up the game on PS3 and get it on your PS Vita for no charge.
