The Banner Saga is a beautiful game. It's probably the one thing you'll keep hearing from me when I talk about it. As someone who is used to seeing his tactics games made out of blocky environments and sprite characters, Banner Saga certainly livens things up.
But screenshots don't do the game enough justice. Check out the launch trailer for the game below, and see just how pretty the game is. It almost looks like the 80s cartoons made a comeback as badass Vikings.
