Celebrate the War of the Roses pre-order announcement with this new trailer

Paradox Interactive has released a new trailer for upcoming PC action game War of the Roses to celebrate the announcement that pre-orders have begun.

Developed by Fatshark, War of the Roses centers around medieval squad-based combat. Transporting players back in time to the civil war era of 15th century England, you will partake in the fight for ownership of the throne of England. It will be brutal, and it will be gruesome.

But to help prepare you with what you'll encounter, publisher Paradox Interactive will provide you with bonuses for purchasing your copy of War of the Roses in advance. Simply pre-ordering the game will automatically upgrade you to the Digital Deluxe version of the game where you'll receive an assortment of goodies like a special sword, crest, royal helm, and much more.

The trailer today takes a look at two rival branches of the Royal House of Plantagenet – the house of Lancaster (the reds) and the house of York (the whites).
