Chris Evans wants a Captain America cameo in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’

Iron Man may be joined by Cap in the next Spidey adventure.

In a recent interview, Captain America: Civil War star, Chris Evans, says he would like Cap to make an appearance in the next Spider-Man movie.

It was recently announced that Robert Downey Jr. would be reprising his role as Iron Man/Tony Stark in the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming. With the relationship between Stark and Peter Parker already established in this summer's Captain America: Civil War, the transition should prove relatively easy, but one Civil War star wants in. In an interview with MTV, Chris Evans stated that he'd be on board for Captain America to make a cameo in the upcoming Spider-Man project, as well as taking into consideration any other Marvel projects that might want to utilize the character:

"Guardians would be fun wouldn't it? I mean, but that's very outer spacey. Cap's more of an earthbound guy. Maybe the next Spider-Man [movie]. You know those are going to be fantastic and I think Tom [Holland]'s such a great actor so that might be a fun one to pop up in. I've really found a level of comfort with the character over the course of, what is it, seven movies or something? I can't even keep track, but we've been doing it since 2010, and now it really does feel like home. It just feels like very comfortable to me so, any way they want to use me in any other type of cameo, its fun to be a part of this chapter of cinema."
