Compared to the original PS4 version, Battlefield 1 runs like a dream on the PS4 Pro

After the PS4 Pro made its release earlier this month, gamers were disheartened to see some of their games running a bit worse on the new console. The two games analyzed, The Last of Us Remastered and Skyrim: Special Edition, were having some issues running on the Pro.

Luckily, Battlefield 1 is here to make up for that.

When it comes to online play the PS4 Pro offers a pretty huge upgrade over the PS4 in one of the largest maps, with vehicles and 64 players. The original PS4 sees varying framerates during the most stressful of levels, but on the Pro it barely wavers.

In places where the original PS4 drops to around 30FPS, the Pro is around 15% higher. Basically, the Pro offers a more consistent and fluid gameplay with less latency, smoother visuals and a boost in performance.
