Conan Exiles launches next week on PC Early Access and those interested will have the choice between the standard and the newly announced special edition of the game.
Dubbed the Barbaric Edition, it will include a number of items for $59.99 while the standard edition on Early Access will cost $29.99. Rui Casais, the CEO of Funcom commented on the new special edition by saying
One of the really great things about working with Conan the Barbarian is that there is this huge pop cultural universe surrounding him. Being able to team up with Dark Horse Comics, Modiphius, and other Conan creators has allowed us to build a special edition that speaks to both fans and those discovering Conan for the first time.”
Both the standard and Barbaric edition will go live at midnight eastern time on January 31st, meaning 9PM pacific for west coast players. Conan Exiles will come to Xbox One Game Preview this Spring with no exact date as of yet. It's the first of three Conan games that Funcom will be making based on the franchise, and you can check out all of the contents in the Barbaric edition below.
