Valve is bringing seven of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's top-rated community maps to official servers. With the newly announced Operation Payback, you can play these fan-favorite maps on uninterrupted, low-ping dedicated servers.
The map pass can be purchased for just $2.99 (down from $5.99 for a limited time). Some of the money will go back to the creators of these maps, though Valve didn't specify how much.
Once the pass is purchased, you'll even be able to bring friends into matches on the Payback maps. The seven maps included are as follows: Museum, Downtown, Motel, Favela, Seaside, Library, and CS1.1 classic Thunder.
Valve has said that Operation Payback is the first in a series of attempts to reward CS:GO's community of map-makers. So let's help them out a bit and show them we enjoy their hard work.
