When it comes to saving the world from Apocalypse and restoring it to its former glory, Death himself isn't the first to come to mind. In Darksiders II however, you'll learn just how important Death is, and how far he'll go to clear his brother War's name.
While I got a brief hands on at E3 this year, it proved just how bad ass Death is. He's not one to screw around with formalities and gets right down to business with his twin scythes, his brother Strife's gun, and a myriad of secondary weapons you can equip on the fly.
If you were a fan of Darksiders, you owe it to yourself to get pumped up for this one, as it looks to be a sequel that will easily surpass its predecessor in every way.
Darksiders II is set to release August 14th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Darksiders II follows the exploits of Death, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, in an action-packed tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game. This epic journey propels Death through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother War, the Horseman blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders.
