DC’s finest damn near kill each other in these Injustice screens

Injustice: Gods Among Us looks like it could be one of the stronger fighters heading into 2013. With the team behind last year's incredible Mortal Kombat in charge of the project, this may very well be a blood-soaked fight fest worth DC Comics fans' attention.

GameZone had the chance to get a close look at Injustice at this year's E3, and we really liked what we saw. Destructible environments, painful moves, sick blood, and hard-hitting action all combined to provide us with an impressive demo experience at the games trade show in Los Angeles.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out our preview of Injustice. While you're at it, scope out a new gallery of screenshots from the game right here. The level of graphical detail is impressive, and I can honestly say I look forward to tearing sh*t up with Harley Quinn.

We'll be keeping a close eye on Injustice. Seriously, 2013 couldn't come soon enough. Watch out for the game on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U.
