Dead Space 3 co-op confirmed, coming February 2013

It was rumored and hinted at that EA's Dead Space 3 would feature cooperative multiplayer. It looks like that's most definitely the case, as EA has just confirmed co-op for the game at its E3 press conference.

A gameplay presentation showed off the co-op in Dead Space 3, and it certainly looks pretty organic and fun. This will undoubtedly entice gamers to buddy up and take on legions of Necromorph baddies (which have been revamped) as a team.

Additionally, while a specific launch date wasn't revealed, Dead Space 3 was given a February 2013 release window.
