There's been hints and rumors about Deadpool interacting with more X-Men in future movies, but today Producer Simon Kinberg confirms such a crossover will exist in an X-Men spinoff called X-Force.
In an interview with Deadline, Kinberg talked about multiple X-Men titles in the works. "We are working hard on New Mutants, Gambit with Channing Tatum, Deadpool 2, and the new X-Force movie where Deadpool is alongside Cable and other main characters," he said.
We've known about the X-Force movie being planned, but this confirms Deadpool's inclusion in the film. Ryan Reynolds, the voice, and face of Deadpool has always been interested in an X-Force movie, "X-Force is really my priority. I really want to get that in."
With an X-Force movie comes the question of the line-up. Every good X-Force story has Cable on the team. Rumors on his actor have been passed around, including actor David Harbour of Stranger Things. Another character we'd like to see is Domino, an always-present member of the team.
As for Deadpool 2, a teaser trailer has been released showing Deadpool uh… leaping into action.
