Destiny Reset (10/13/15): New Nightfall, Variks Inventory, Court of Oryx & weekly bounties

It's Tuesday! That means the weekly reset is live and all new activities await fellow Guardians in their quest to quell the Darkness. Today also marks the return of Tess Everis and her collection of Emotes that players will be able to buy with Silver, Bungie's answer to microtransactions.

So let's take a look at what's new this week.

Nightfall: Fallen S.A.B.E.R

"Rush to the aid of the AI Warmind Rasputin as he broadcasts a plea for help across the system."

Modifiers:

• Epic (Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers)

• Arc Burn (Arc Damage from any source is greatly increased)

• Match Game (Enemy shield are resistant to unmatched Elemental damage)

• Catapult (greatly reduces the cooldown of the player's and enemies' grenades)

• Exposure (Guardian shields are increased but do not replenish)

Court of Oryx Tier 3 Boss: Thalnok, Fanatic of Crota

Lord Shaxx Bounties

Bounty	Description
Individual Achievement	Win 2 Crucible matches with an individual score of at least 1500 points.
Making an Impact	Win 7 matches.
Crucible Combat	Win one game in three different Crucible game modes (Control, Clash, Rift).
Feature Matches	Earn points in any featured playlist. Crucible wins are worth 3 points. Starting a new match costs 1 point.
Returning Victor	Complete the Crucible Daily on 3 different days.
