Destiny’s expansion, House of Wolves, gets first unofficial details

As part of Bungie's ten-year vision for Destiny, the developer has already announced plans for two expansions: The Dark Below and House of Wolves. While the first expansion, The Dark Below, was briefly detailed at the time of the Expansion Pass announcement, details for House of Wolves were said to be coming at a later date.

However, with the arrival of the Queen's Wrath event, it now appears that we have our first bit of details. For starters, Destinynews.net claims that the House of Wolves DLC will expand on the story of the Queen of the Reef and the Fallen that protect her as a result of her defeating the Kell. And while it's possible a new planet could be introduced in the expansion, none of the three story descriptions suggest that to be the case for House of Wolves. Instead, the missions will take you to Cosmodrome (Earth) and Venus. Here's what the site currently lists for the House of Wolves story.

When Bungie first announced the Expansion Pass, they promised that both expansions will include brand new story missions, cooperative activities, and competitive multiplayer arenas, as well as a wealth of new weapons, armor, and gear to acquire. Of course, PlayStation platforms will also include additional content for both expansions that will remain exclusive on PS3 and PS4 until "at least" fall 2015.

The Destiny Expansion Pass is priced at $34.99, whereas each individual expansion will be priced at $19.99 each when they launch.
