The eagerly awaited update for Destiny — the one that will hopefully fix the awful loot system — is now live.
"With this patch, we address some widely-discussed concerns with how Engrams are earned and claimed. Strikes have become more rewarding, and the rewards gained from them are more predictable. Also affected is the rotation of maps that appear in the Crucible," developer Bungie explained.
While we already know the basics of what the update does, Bungie also posted some more official patch notes, detailing the exact changes made to the Cryptarch, reward system, and Crucible. Here are the official patch ntoes for Destiny update 1.0.2:
