Destiny: Xur, Agent of the Nine, location and exotic items (2/20/15)

Following up some Valentine's heartbreak, Xur, Agent of Nine, is back in Destiny's Tower. Accessible for the next two days (through Sunday morning), Xur can be found in the Hall of Guardians, opposite Lord Shaxx. Of course, his location is just one of the things players care about. While the armor or weapons aren't horrible, the highlight this week is the heavy ammo synth. Better stock up while you can! Aside from heavy ammo, here are the items you can buy this week.

If you're wondering why the heavy ammo synthesis is such a big deal, it's because of raids. While you can usually buy heavy ammo synthesis for 1,000 Glimmer from the gunsmith, Xur sells them in packs of five for just one Strange Coin. Odds are by now you have quite the stockpile of SC that you're just dying to spend. If you raid, this is probably the best way to spend it.

Upgradeable Exotics: This section requires you to own the specific Exotic weapon, as well as the Exotic Shard which can be purchased from Xur for 7 Strange Coins on top a specific amount of Glimmer.
