Destiny: Xur, Agent of the Nine, Tower location and Exotic gear (8/28/15)

In advance of the new Exotics Xur will be bringing in The Taken King, the wavy-faced merchant today returned to Destiny’s Tower (located in the Tower to the right when you enter the Hangar building) with another batch of the things for the weekend ahead. His entire selection, available through 5 a.m. Sunday, August 30, is as follows:

This weekend’s weapon highlight, Plan C, is most at risk of falling to power creep, the gradual increase in equipment power level caused by expansions like The Taken King. After all, the next expansion introduces not only the slick Telesto Exotic Fusion Rifle, but also the Sleeper Simulant Heavy Fusion Rifle. So Plan C may wind up as Plan E, at best.
