Sony oppened their E3 press conference this year with the brand new God of War game to the surprise of many. There have been rumors building up these last few years about the existence of the game but it was officially confirmed this year. The game will center around a older, more hardened Kratos who has a son who wants to prove to his father he can be a strong warior. There's no release date at this point and fans are eagarly awaiting new information but it doesn't sound like we ware going to get anything before 2017.
Creative Director Cory Barlog confirmed via Twitter that the highly anticipated third-person action game will not be getting any new details or footage shown at the PlayStation Experience fan event this December.
Barlog mentioned earlier this month that demos take time away from the development of the actual game and they are maintaining focus on developing the actual game so they can release it as soon as possible.
Something that may be shown at PSX however is the brand new Uncharted 4 single player DLC. Troy Baker recently said he believes the DLC will be revealed "very soon" which led many to believe the highly anticipated DLC will be revealed at the event on December 3rd.
