Dishonored becomes Bethesda’s next franchise title

Bethesda, creators of the well selling Dishonored and Skyrim, has told Destructoid that their new stealth action game is getting the franchise tag.  What this means exactly is that you can definitely expect more Dishonored in the future.  If you haven’t checked out Dishonored yet, I full heartily suggest you give it a whirl; it’s an experience like no other.

The exact quote Bethesda told Destructoid, "So, we’re very pleased and appreciate all the fans that have supported Dishonored and Arkane. We clearly have a new franchise."

So there’s no real stipulation around that, that statement is pretty straight forward.  I say bring it.  I was really absorbed into Dishonored and once they refine the game more so with all the player feedback the sequel will be highly highly anticipated.

Blink.  Choke.  Win.
