E3 2014: Batman: Arkham Knight glides, rides and kicks ass in gameplay trailer

Admittedly, this was the first time I saw the new Batman: Arkham Knight in action, and I have to say, I'm pretty surprised at just how awesome it looks.

The newest gameplay trailer from Sony's Press Conference shows Bats jumping out of his base, gliding through the city streets of Gotham, eventually being picked up, yes, picked up by his Batmobile and then zooming through the streets of Gotham.

The Batmobile is actually able to transform to a destructive but less mobile version, with an arsenal of heavy weaponry. It's certainly more than meets the eye.

Lastly, we got to also see some signature stealth gameplay that the series is known for, only to be interrupted by the Scarecrow himself. He looks absolutely terrifying. Kudos to his design team.

Batman: Arkham Knight has been pushed back to 2015, and will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
